Support your whole body through a restful and rejuvenating restorative yoga practice.
Restorative yoga uses props to support the body in gentle receptive yoga poses and incorporates breath work and guided relaxation. As we head into the winter season, it is especially important to support your adrenals for whole body health. Restorative yoga is a fantastic way to nurture the adrenal and entire endocrine system.
This class will leave you feeling rested, relaxed, and refreshed.
No previous experience needed.

Leela Kelley, RYT 500, believes in yoga as a system for profound healing and self-discovery. Leela’s teaching is informed by several traditions and has been an ever evolving process since she began teaching yoga in 2011. Her classes reflect a desire to move towards balance. Through asana, meditation, and pranayama, Leela helps build a sense of stability & flow, strength & surrender, and embodied mindfulness for each student.
Leela completed her 200 hour training in vinyasa yoga, her 500 hour training in therapeutic yoga, and is certified in restorative yoga, pre/post natal yoga and Reiki level 2. She is currently enrolled in an 800 hour Integrative Yoga Therapy program with Joesph Le Page. She has a BFA in Creative Writing and writes about all things Yoga on her blog.
