Postpartum Support

After the birth of my daughter 3 1/2 years ago I became increasingly interested in supporting mothers, especially with postpartum and the transition into motherhood. My first year as a mother was very challenging and included feeling incredibly overwhelmed by the mental, physical, emotional, and logistical aspects inherent in the postpartum period. I often felt very much alone in my experience and craved connecting with other mothers in real and honest ways.

My own postpartum experience greatly informs our weekly Prenatal Yoga class where I offer information, tips, and strategies for the postpartum period. This has been filling a void for many of the mothers and has been extremely helpful as they prepare for birth and life after birth. I have been so compelled to help mothers that I completed a Postpartum Planning certification program and became a certified Birth Art facilitator through Birthing From Within.

As I have worked with more and more mothers, I have felt deep inspiration and dedication to creating a planning framework as well as offering ongoing postpartum support to mothers across the globe. So I created CourageMama and now offer the following:

One-On-One Coaching

Personal coaching clarifies thoughts and feelings as well as provides direction for both pregnancy and postpartum. With coaching you will refine your vision of pregnancy and postpartum, reduce overwhelm and stress, and counter self-doubt with courage. Empowered Postpartum Online Course

This is a groundbreaking program that includes designing a personalized and thorough postpartum plan. At the end of this course, you will walk away with a fully crafted plan that is inclusive of rest, nourishment, support circles, remedies, small daily rituals, and a framework to support you through the days, weeks, and months after birth. This online program is for expecting mamas (in their 2nd and 3rd trimester) and includes live training sessions, weekly Q & A, and being a part of a community of extraordinary mamas, just like you.
