ABOUT THIS CLASS:
This Prenatal Yoga class is a community for expecting mothers…a place to share your experience of pregnancy and to receive loving support.
Class begins with a sharing circle where we talk about helpful resources, aches and pains, intentions for the birth, and share concerns and fears. We then move onto our mats for a 45 minute practice that consists of gentle, strengthening, and safe movements designed to support the body and mind through all stages of pregnancy.
Each class incorporates strengthening poses, restorative poses, breath work, meditation, and guided relaxation.
No previous yoga experience necessary.
