Bring Your Yoga Into the World Includes:
-Warm up of yogic breathing and vinyasa flow
-Exploring how to practice yoga in your daily life (in the car, office, and kitchen)
-Learning how to flow through your daily activities with mindfulness and breathing.
-Learning how to bring the sacred to the mundane of everyday living.
What You Can Expect:
This is a workshop for all levels of yogis. If you are interested in bringing yoga and mindfulness into your daily life, this workshop is for you.
We will warm up with a 30 minute vinyasa class to help you tune into an embodied state. This will be followed by breathing, mindfulness and simple yoga postures designed for you to practice during your day. For instance, we will explore practices that you can use while seated in your desk chair at work, while driving in your car and while at home in your kitchen. You will have the opportunity to design take-home lists for yourself that include specifically how you will use yoga and mindfulness off the mat.
