Intro to Yoga: A Free Workshop for Beginners

Your Journey Begins Here…

If you are just getting started with yoga, feel uncertain about walking into your first yoga class, or if you have questions or concerns, then this is definitely the right place to start.

This {FREE} workshop will include an all levels gentle yoga practice as well as an opportunity to ask questions about yoga, classes, schedule, modifications, injuries….whatever you may be curious about.

In this workshop we will discuss and practice:

• basic poses typically practiced in a class
• the importance of the breath
• basic breathing techniques
• connecting breath with movement
• alignment
• quieting the mind
• the importance of rest (savasana)

The Intro to Yoga workshop is a great place to begin your yoga journey!
