Yoga Basics Class

A Yoga Basics Series will begin in the Fall

Yoga Basics is for complete beginners and those seeking continued understanding of basic yoga poses.

In this class you will be introduced to yoga postures, the fundamental principles of alignment, and breath work through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. If you have never tried yoga this is the class for you! It is also designed to meet the needs of those seeking continued understanding of basic yoga poses.

Open to everyone with the ability to move through seated, standing, kneeling, and reclined positions unassisted.

Each week there is a different focus such as a pose, exercise, or breathing practice. The information and practice provided is appropriate for new and experienced practitioners.

3/23 – Pelvic Floor/Core
3/30 – Feet
