Yoga for Kids (4-7 year olds)

Kids can get amazing benefits from yoga, too. Yoga is great for increasing body awareness and coordination, and can help children develop their concentration and sense of calm.

This class combines yoga poses, play, games, music, and art to give kids an introduction to yoga in a fun and safe atmosphere.

In each class, we’ll learn and practice poses using fun games and stories. Kids will get a chance to learn about and try yoga breathing techniques, meditation, and relaxation. Each class will include: story-telling, song-and-dance, yoga art projects, mindfulness techniques, and meditation.
